Strela F
The fuel level sensors Strela F have greater accuracy and indication stability in comparison with Strela A. The tank fuel level is coded by frequency that linearly varies by changing of fuel level. The signal format is meander 50%, pulse height is equal to half of supply voltage. Lot of terminals support these sensors. MAIN ADVANTAGES:
High resistance to external pickups, poor ground and other interfering signals due to great pulse height No loss of data quality on terminal analog to digital converter in compartment with analog output Low price (equal to the analog sensors price), it is cheaper then digital one.
* Upper and lower signal values depend on sensor cutting. ** You may can the sensor up to 30% from initial lengh. Strela F. Without fuel immersion signal frequency on working sensor at the output in reference to ground must range from 600 to 700 Hz (depending on cutting). Full tank frequency may be equal to 1300 - 1600 Hz (depending on cutting). When sensor touches water the diagnostic code is 340 Hz.
VERSIONS
There are two versions of sensor bodies:
1) silumin body without ground isolation 2) carbon fiber body with a minus and body isolation
Both sensors have identical "stuffing" and differ only in the body quality: If you wish to monitor your vehicles even when they are standing in the garage, you need to power the sensor and the terminal directly from the battery (minus and plus sides from constantly powered wires to battery switch disconnector). In that case, not to burn the wiring, you should use the sensor the minus wire of which isn't connected with the sensor body. Use the sensor with the carbon fiber body. If you wish to monitor your vehicles only during operation time (by the way, it will save communication costs) you may use both the sensor with aluminium body and the sensor with carbon fiber body. Both sensor versions have passed tests for cold resistance and we guarantee their working capacity and durability of the body at temperatures upto 40 degrees below zero. INSTALLATIONIn some cases a pull-up resistor of 1-10 kOhm is needed:

Fuel level sensors Strela F can be cut to any length (upto 100%). These sensors are supplied with plastic isolating plug on the end of the tubes. The sensor usage without these plugs may lead to loosening of tubes while in operation. extra equipment for installation:
