Mineral fertilizer broadcast spreader (MFBS) ROSA designed to surface treatment of creep-fed solid crystallized or granulated mineral fertilizers. A spreader aggregate with compact general-purpose drive unit GPDU ROSA only and use as whole self-propelled agricultural machine on field wheels with low pressured tire-coats.

 

 

 

Completing units of machine:

 MFBS "ROSA" is a gravity type semi-trailer spreader that disperses creep-fed solid crystallized or granulated mineral fertilizers with help of two spinning disks. It consists of:

•  Reducing gears RAUCH kit

• Tank with capacity - 0,8 m³

• Reducing unit driving gear from power-plant transmission gear

• Valve handing mechanism operating from power-plant cab

The high efficiency of spreader using especially on low lightly load-carrying waterlogged soils confirms by numerous trials that was carry out in 2005 -2008  years.

Diesel fuel economy is at least 0.5 liter per 1 hectare versus standard spreader aggregated with MTZ-80.

The quality of dispersed fertilizer (particle-size distribution, humidity and other characteristics) is important the same as to all gravity type spreaders.

The construction of tank attachment and necessity for frequent charge to 240 mm height require using of purpose-built loader, for example - screw chargers mounted on tail board of  hopper, car or tractor trailer.

The vehicle's field orientation bases on using of GPS satellite navigation equipment.
