Bar sprayer ROSA

Square bar field spraying machine SFS "ROSA" designed for application of all-kind pesticide solutions, emulsions and suspensions during field crops cultivating and for surface treatment of creep-fed liquid mineral fertilizers and their aqueous solutions. The spraying machine aggregate with compact general-purpose power plant GPPPC "ROSA" only and use as whole self-propelled agricultural machine on field wheels with low pressured tire-coats.

 

Completing units of machine:

The spraying machine has two custom basic models:

SFS "ROSA" basic model is semitrailer square bar field spraying machine that provide working liquid spray in dosage range 30 - 230 l/ ha. It consists of:

-         D-203 Imovilli pump;

-         One tank with capacity 600 liters;

-         Two kits of low pressure assembled wheels (12 item)

-         Kit of slot nozzles

-         Kit of injection resistant to wind drift spraying devices

-         Kit of rain type spraying devices for liquid mineral fertilizers

-         SPTE kit

SFS "ROSA" basic model 000 is semitrailer square bar field spraying machine that provide working liquid spray in dosage range 30 - 100 liter/ ha. It consists of:

-         D-123 Imovilli pump;

-         One tank with capacity 600 liters;

-         Two kits of low pressure assembled wheels (12 item);

-         Kit of slot nozzles

-         Kit of injection resistant to wind drift spraying devices;

-         SPTE kit

Each model may have optional:

-         Blending and charging module (complete equipment for Belarusian farm firms required of blending and charging module);

-         Additional tank to 600 liters capacity;

-         Kit of spraying device bowl extensions.

The high efficiency of usage of low-volume spraying technology (doses are 30 - 60 liters/ ha, one charge application is 10 - 20 ha under requires of spaying uniformity, drops quantity per unit area and drops size) confirms by numerous trials that was carry out in 2005 - 2008  years.

The spraying machine provides application of working fluid required dose aside from vehicle speed in its working range. This ability decrease of driver fatigue essentially and increase the cultivation quality of field with rugged topography and frequent impediments (associates with repeated switching - forced speed-up and slowdown).

Diesel fuel economy is at least 0.5 liter per 1 hectare versus standard trailer spraying machine aggregated with MTZ-80.

The blending and charging module provide mixing of spray material and high-sped charging of spraying machine. It consists of engine-driven pump with pump-capacity of 50 liter per minute at least and tank with volume-capacity 120 liters for mother solution preparation.

The simple and light-weight construction provides easier operation on the fields. The charging time of spraying machine is 3 -5 minutes.

The vehicle's field orientation bases on using of GPS satellite navigation equipment.
